The standard range of vacuum sealers offered are designed for use with single web and plastic laminated films. The machine is based around a Gandus heavy duty semi-automatic Impulse sealer, with an adjustable timed vacuum or gas purge facility (as required) delivered by a retracting nozzle. The units are able to mount vertically or horizontally as the application requires.
Two versions of the machine are available, the S1 model, this uses standard timer controls to set vacuum, sealing and dwell timings.
For more critical applications the MED S1 version is offered. This has a higher (validatable) level of control and monitoring, with seal temperature as well as seal time able to be controlled, plus vacuum and dwell time (see brochure download).
Both models are supplied with stainless steel bodywork and are available in a range of sizes. Pneumatic in operation to providing Venturi vacuum pump system and high pressure good quality seal. An air supply of 6 Bar and a 230 volt single phase electrical supply is required.
