This model of compact table top Rotary Heat Sealing Machine combines both sealing and coding of the bag top at the same time. Sealing both Single Webbed plastic films and Laminated films, i.e. coated foils/ papers. (For other specialist laminate films consult Astrapac).
Designed as a horizontally arranged table top system to be hand fed, this model can be offered with and without conveyor (application dependant). variable speed drive and robust construction makes it an ideal model for the sealing high volume of small to medium size packs.
The code is produced using an integral printer which uses the Hot Foil principle (individual heated brass digits that transfer ink from the ribbon to the bag), generating a basic 1 or 2 line code of up to 14 digits.
NOTE, this is only a basic coder where the coding digits are changed manually.
