Product Description
The Polymaster is a Heavy Duty Rotary Band Heat Sealing Machine designed for sealing polythene’s, polypropylene and co-extruded film. It has the ability to seal through gussets and folds.
The Polymaster is also suitable for use with lighter gauges of the following laminates, nylon/poly, foil/poly, paper/poly etc. (For any other specialist films or laminates please contact Astrapac).
The Polymaster is fitted with powereful heaters and combined with its industrial specification, is capable of achieving high production speeds, even in relatively harsh environments.
Built to a minimum IP54 ingress protection as standard, finds it equally at home in damp or dusty conditions.
The Polymaster is required to be used in conjunction with a product carrying conveyor system. This can either be specified as vertical or horizontal depending on the application.
