Product Description
A manual hand operated table top model of heavy duty Impulse sealer, designed to seal the bag/pouch from an overhead position. Ideal for free-flowing products and liquids. This model is suitable for sealing single web plastics, polythene’s, co-extruded and plastic laminate materials.
Manufactured with both sealing jaws heated, provides considerable power to overcome mild product contamination, gusseted or thicker films etc (application dependent).
To cater for a variety of pouch sizes / volumes etc, the sealers vertical column has a manual rise and fall adjustment facility to alter its working height (see below for range).
To offer greater flexibility, a height adjustable product Support / Platform is offered as an optional extra. This allows the bag standing height to be manually raised, to enable the working height to be set at a comfortable level for the operative, it also provides a secondary height adjustment, relevant to smaller pack sizes.
The machine is supplied in a powder coated white finish.
