A highly developed processor controls the sealing cycle, allowing a precise sealing temperature to be set in conjunction with accurate heat and dwell settings. This innovative controller continually monitors and governs the temperature of the heating element without the use of a thermal sensor, precisely measuring the heating element resistance electronically, adjusting the power into the element maintaining the temperature set on the display. The controller also features the facility to set a minimum temperature at which the jaws open, (rather than cooling time), this compensates for any underlying residual heat, a commonplace problem with repeated operation, (guaranteeing the seal has welded perfectly).
The machine is supplied as standard for table top mounting, an adjustable height stand and a heavy duty height adjustable product support tray are available as options.
