The Major BMA is a Pneumatically Operated Heavy Duty Impulse Heat Sealer designed for continuous use where there is a need for repeatable high quality seals.
As the seal parameters are controlled by the machine, it removes the possibility of operator errors or fatigue.
The machine is available in a variety of seal lengths to suit most applications.
This version is offered for use overhead to suit larger bags and sacks. The sealing head is mounted on a height adjustable stand with a trolley style base to allow the unit to be manoeuvred as required. Braked wheels, gas strut height adjustment assistance, roller & belt conveys are available as the applications requires.
The machine is built to an industrial specification and IP54 rated as standard. The standard finish is in hard wearing epoxy powder coating,
