A robust reliable compact table top model of rotary heat sealing machine, suitable for sealing Laminated & Complex films only. Phoenix has the ability to seal through gussets and folds.
Designed for the horizontally hand feeding of small to medium size packs, providing high seal integrity of good visual appearance.
Features of the PHOENIX are its precisely controlled powerful large capacity heaters and coupled with a strong pressure wheel mechanism, produces a wide impressive distinctive crimp seal at a relatively high production speed. The machine incorporates an internal bag gripper system, to hold and support the bag top as it passes through the sealer. The adjustable hand feed chute sets the seal height in relation to the top of the pack.
IMPORTANT. Pack weights above 100g does require the use of a pack support as they pass through the sealer. Generally a simply product support tray will suffice (consult Astrapac). As the manufacturer these can often be tailor made.
Controls are kept to a minimum, comprising of power switch, variable speed controller and a precise digital temperature control.
Note: The running speed and of the sealer, is dependent on the sealability of the materials to be sealed. As an option, seals of a flat appearance are available (depending on pouch material).
