This sophisticated semi-automatic Impulse sealer is suitable for use with wide range of films including, single web plastics (breather bags) foil and plastic laminates as well as for heat sealable sterilisation pouches. Fully Validatable to ISO 11607-2 with precise control and monitoring of all three sealing parameters.
The sealer is built in stainless steel with epoxy painted steel baseplate with sealing jaws and jaw mounting arms in aluminium.
A sealing width of 8 mm, fully complying with the ISO standard.
Three standard sizes available, 460, 610, 710 mm length.
The Sealer as standard is offered as a table top unit, Astrapac offer the options in stainless of, adjustable heavy duty product support trays and height adjustable floor stand with locking as the application dictates.
Other factory fitted options include manual rear blade trimmer, film rollers etc
