The TB 3 model of tube sealing machine is a complete solution for the heat sealing and optional coding of plastic tubes of different lengths and diameters. Capable of typically sealing up to six tubes at any one time (depending on tube diameter). This compact table top semi automatic unit features a microprocessor seal cycle control system, providing very accurate control of temperature, heating time and cooling time, the processor has the ability to cater for a residual heat build up to guarantee repeatable seal quality. The sealing jaws are actuated by electromagnets.
Lengths from 100mm to 230mm and diameters up to 50mm can be accommodated.
Options available are various size tube holders, emboss coder attachment (up to 20 digits) and an accurate doser unit for filling the tubes which would complete the system.
