A third generation of heavy duty vacuum sealers. Suitable for use with most heat sealable plastic and plastic laminated films. Application in the medical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, laboratory and chemical industrial fields. Provided for applications, where repeatable high quality results are paramount set within controlled parameters. UNICA is a highly developed integrated (fully validatable) vacuum sealer. Extraction is time controlled and is applied by a venturi vacuum system. This is delivered by a central motorised retracting nozzle (stroke length variable).
Precise parameter control is applied to the heat seal, allowing an accurate sealing temperature to be set alongside a sealing time. Jaw pressure is accurately monitored for repeatability.
A touch screen operating system accesses all control functions.
Unica is offered in a range of sizes and is designed to be as versatile as possible. A series of stands, tables and trays are offered. For overhead applications, a motorised height adjustable stand is available with tilt facility.
