Gandus 3001 is a high speed overhead Heavy Duty Rotary Band Heat Sealing Machine ideally suited for use with powders and free flowing products. This model is suitable for sealing both polythene’s, and laminated film pouches. It has the ability to seal through folds and gussets.
Bags are manually fed directly to the belt conveyor (optional gravity roller extension refer to video) with the bag top being guided into the sealers infeed. The bag top will then automatically pass through the sealing machine with the pack weight being supported by the conveyor. At exit, a gravity roller extension is also offered to extend the length of the supported area if required.
The sealing head has hand wind height adjustable to cater for different pack sizes.
This sealing head is primarily a stainless steel construction with a few internal exceptions of where aluminium and engineering plastics are used.
