POLYSEALER S5 model of hand operated impulse heat sealing machine is offer for use in medical, food, pharmaceuticals and domestic environments, where a stainless steel body is preferred to the standard powdercoated version.
POLYSEALER S5 is suitable for heat sealing polythene bags, light laminated bags and other single web plastic films.
The machine is portable, ideal for table top use, no warm up time, sealing starts immediately the top jaw arm is closed on to the bag. This model provides a 5 mm wide seal.
A variable electronic timer allows the operator to set the correct amount of heat, dependant on bag material thickness.
This model comes in two, a 300 & 500 mm version.
A manual sliding trimmer is built into the sealer top arm, for trimming the bag tops as required.
