The Major BMA is a Pneumatically Operated Heavy Duty Impulse Heat Sealer designed for continuous use where there is a need for repeatable high quality seals.
As the seal parameters are controlled by the machine, it removes the possibility of operator errors or fatigue.
The MAJOR BMA is offered primarily to seal wider sections of heavy gauge polythene’s, co-extruded and laminated thermoplastic films e.g. Nylon/poly, Polyester/poly, etc.
The machine is available in a variety of seal lengths and widths to suit most applications.
Supplied as standard, with a powerful lower sealing jaw . An option to also have the top jaw heated in addition is available, greatly increasing the sealable thicknesses (application dependent)
The sealing cycle is controlled by a two stage adjustable electronic timer, to independently set heat and cool (dwell) cycle times.
The machine is supplied as standard for mounting on a bench or table, an adjustable height stand is also available. Other options can be added such as adjustable front trays, manual bag top trimmers, film mounting rollers etc.
The standard finish is in hard wearing epoxy powder coating, stainless steel can be supplied where necessary
